Traffic Impact Analysis

Mirai’s experience includes the preparation of transportation impact analyses for more than 800 projects, most of which have accompanied SEPA checklists.

• Master development plans.

We have also prepared transportation impact analyses for park-and-ride lots, transportation terminals, and roadway improvement projects. Our staff work throughout the Northwest and are familiar with local and state standards and regulations. We have prepared and reviewed the transportation sections of numerous environmental impact statements.

We have contributed our expertise to traffic impact mitigation studies and transportation demand programs. Projects we carried out include the SAFECO Services Building in Seattle, Tacoma Hilton Inn and University Hospital Expansion at the University of Washington, and Bonney Lake Junior High School in Pierce County.
