As part of our practice, we analyze how parking demand can be met through shared parking opportunities and parking management strategies. We have strong relationships with land use planning, urban design, and economic forecasting firms to integrate parking as a critical component of urban center planning.
Mirai has also worked on several transportation master plans that have included parking analyses. For Mercer Island Park and Ride we did a Parking Study for additional capacity.
